International Cooperation with Professor of the University of Malaya

At the invitation of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Mohammad Ershadul Karim, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law, University of Malaya (Malaysia), is delivering lectures for first-year master’s students enrolled in the educational program “7M04218 – Jurisprudence (German and International Commercial Law)”.

Dr. Karim is a renowned scholar and expert in the field of law and technology in Asia. He holds a doctoral degree in nanotechnology and he is a recipient of the prestigious “Bright Spark” program. His research interests include artificial intelligence, information and communication technologies, legal and regulatory aspects of nanotechnology, new technologies and law, as well as privacy and data protection legislation.

      As part of the cooperation, Dr. Mohammad Ershadul Karim has been appointed as the scientific consultant for a first-year PhD student of the department and has also joined the editorial board of the scientific journal “Bulletin of KazNU. Law Series.”

       Collaboration with Dr. Karim contributes to improving the quality of educational programs, strengthening international academic partnerships, and enhancing the research potential of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law of the Faculty of Law, Al-Farabi KazNU.
