A meeting dedicated to the fight against drug addiction among young people

On October 1, 2025, a meeting with university students was held in Conference Hall 416 of the Al-Farabi Library. The meeting focused on combating drug addiction among young people.

Representatives from the Bostandyk District Police Department provided a detailed explanation of the causes, consequences, and prevention methods of drug addiction, and answered all the attendees' questions.

The event was aimed at raising awareness and promoting a healthy lifestyle among students, which is one of the key objectives of our public safety.

Participating in this event were first-year students from the Finance and Accounting Department's advisory group, G.I. Supugalieva, R.B. Sartova, the department head, and A.D. Kukiev, the senior curator.
