Higher education is the key to national development

Master class "Higher education-the key to national development: the global mission of the teacher" October 1-a special event dedicated to the day of Higher Education Workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the Department of cartography and Geoinformatics.

PhD, associate professor of the department, graduate of the International Program "Bolashak" Erkin Kakimzhanov conducted a master class on the topic: "Higher education – the task of national development: the global mission of the teacher". During the master class, the professor shared his thoughts on the trends of modern higher education, the position of the teacher in society and the mission of the teacher at the global level. In addition, he shared his experience gained through the Bolashak program and noted the importance of international experience in improving the quality of Education.

The event was actively attended by the younger generation of teachers of the Department, doctoral students and undergraduates, which became a platform for exchange of views. The master class gave the participants an impetus to professional development and created a new approach to the strategic role of the teacher's profession in society. This event was a special spiritual gift in honor of the professional holiday of the staff of the department, which revealed the mission of higher education workers in the education of generations and national development.
