Mentorship and Generational Dialogue: KazNU Students' Meeting with a Veteran Professor on Scientific Workers' Day.

On October 1, as part of the event dedicated to Scientific Workers' Day, a significant meeting titled "The Veteran's Legacy – A Guideline for the Young Scientist" was organized at the History Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The event was attended by the faculty's students and its professorial and teaching staff.

Professor Bolat Sailan Sanabayuly, a veteran of the Afghan War and Doctor of Historical Sciences, was specially invited to the meeting. Sharing key moments from his life and scientific career, the Professor offered valuable advice for young scientists. His narrative became a great mentorship for current students and young researchers.

During the event, Bolat Sailan Sanabayuly, based on his experience, emphasized the importance of science and veteran service and spoke about the challenges in the professional path of young scientists and ways to overcome them. The meeting aimed to enhance the significance of dialogue between the scientific community and young researchers.
