“Mechanisms for the Conservation of Rare and Endangered Animal Species in Kazakhstan”

On October 2, 2025, within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program, an environmental event titled “Mechanisms for the Conservation of Rare and Endangered Animal Species in Kazakhstan” was held at the university.
The purpose of the event was to present scientifically based methods for the conservation and restoration of populations of rare and endangered animal species, and to discuss effective mechanisms for maintaining ecological balance.
During the event, students shared their views on modern approaches to protecting rare animals, maintaining ecosystem stability, and fostering a culture of environmental awareness.
This event contributes to the implementation of SDG No. 15 – “Life on Land.”
