SDG 11 “Sustainable Cities and Communities”

🌆✨ On October 9, 2025, within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 11) “Sustainable Cities and Communities,” Darkhanova S.D., a lecturer from the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, visited the city’s new cultural landmarks together with students from advisory group 105. 💫

One of these places was the Center for Contemporary Culture “Tselinny” — a unique regional institution that brings together artists, researchers, and scholars for open reflection and critical discussion. 🌍🎨

The center implements significant projects such as:
📖 the Horizon research platform
🎓 educational initiatives
🏛 the Academic in Residence program
📚 a publishing program
