At the Faculty of Journalism of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, an insightful meeting was held with the creative team of the TV series *“Zhanым Menің”*.  
The author and head of the popular project, Arman Skabyluly, along with prominent figures in Kazakhstani media — Kaynar Olzhaev, Serik Abbas Shah, Bakyttas Sanitas, Serik Abash Shah, Zhamit Kosherbayev, Kuanysh Beisegaliyev, and Zhandos Abdiraiymov — met with students and engaged in a meaningful conversation.

The meeting was moderated by the Dean of the Faculty, K. Auesbaiuly.  
During the event, the university alumni shared warm memories from their student years and offered sincere wishes and valuable advice to the new generation.

Valuable insights were shared on honing professional skills and maintaining ethical standards. The guests not only shared their experience but also provided clear and useful answers to students’ questions. The Q&A session highlighted the students’ enthusiasm, creative interest, and strong sense of responsibility toward their future profession.
As part of the event, five students who asked thoughtful and well-structured questions were awarded one-time scholarships from the literary association *“Contemporary Kazakh Novel.”* This was a well-deserved recognition of their dedication and served as an inspiring encouragement.

At the end of the meeting, Arman Skabyluly presented his literary work *“My Father and Zhake”* as a gift to the students of the faculty.

Such meetings are not just about exchanging experiences — they are a source of guidance, spiritual support, and inspiration for young professionals who will carry forward the future of Kazakh media. It is a vivid example of intergenerational continuity.
