Welcome, Freshmen! The Faculty of Oriental Studies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held a festive event “Welcome, Freshmen!”

In the golden autumn of October 2025, the Department of Turkology and History of Eastern Countries at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, organized a special event titled “Welcome, Freshmen!”
The second-year students warmly welcomed the newcomers with cheerful greetings and heartfelt wishes.

During the event, the Deputy Head of the Department for Academic Affairs, Zhenis Abeldaev, emphasized that entering university marks the first step toward a bright future that requires perseverance, ambition, and hard work. Senior lecturer Ilyas Nurat also congratulated the new students and wished them success in their academic journey.

The celebration became a joyful start to a new chapter filled with knowledge, growth, and inspiration.
