SDG 4, 16. “A Nation with a High Spirit”

On September 16, 2025, a round table titled “A Nation with a High Spirit” was held in the N. Dauletova Hall of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the Republic Day.

This important event was attended by students of the Faculty of Pre-University Education and the Department of Pre-University Training of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

During the meeting, participants delivered presentations aimed at strengthening the independence and unity of the country, promoting spiritual values, and enhancing the civic responsibility of the younger generation.

🔹 Gaziza Nurgaliyeva, Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as prominent scholars in philology and history, young professionals, emphasized the importance of spiritual and cultural development in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — in particular, SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions and SDG 4: Quality Education.

🔹 Darkhan Zholdybayev, soloist of the Abai Kazakh State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, performed the song “Atameken”, adding a special spiritual inspiration to the event.

This event became an important platform for strengthening the national consciousness of Kazakhstani youth, promoting cultural heritage, and contributing to the sustainable development of the country.
