Excursion to Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty

On October 21, 2025, fourth-year students majoring in Tourism took part in an educational tour to Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty as part of the course “Automation of Tourism Activities.”

The purpose of the visit was to gain practical knowledge about the use of modern technologies and automated systems in the operation of an international hotel complex, as well as to become familiar with Swissôtel’s service standards. During the excursion, students learned about the hotel’s structure and infrastructure, visited the lobby area, various room categories, restaurants, conference halls, and the spa and wellness complex.

Hotel representatives introduced the students to the brand’s corporate culture, the implementation of digital solutions in booking, guest service, and staff management processes, as well as the principles of sustainability and high-quality service. The educational visit allowed students to observe the practical application of automation technologies in the hospitality industry, expand their professional knowledge, and strengthen their motivation for future careers.
