Round Table Discussion on “October 25 – Republic Day”
On October 15, 2025, the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, Department of Biophysics, Biomedicine, and Neuroscience, held a round table discussion titled “October 25 – Republic Day.” The event was organized by the curator-advisor, Ussipbek Botagoz Abdykhanqyzy, in collaboration with students from the “6B05108 – Biomedicine” program.
The main purpose of the event was to foster students’ patriotism, familiarize them with the historical events that led to Kazakhstan’s independence, and promote an understanding of national values and the importance of national unity. It also aimed to strengthen students’ civic awareness and understanding of the significance of independence and stability for the country.During the round table, students realized that Republic Day is a symbol of Kazakhstan’s statehood, independence, and unity. They gained a deeper understanding of the country’s historical path and the challenges it faced on the way to sovereignty.
The event helped strengthen students’ patriotic spirit, encouraged a sense of responsibility for the nation’s future, inspired respect for national values, and motivated them to take an active role in public life.
