“2nd Place in Toguz Kumalak”.SDGs: 3 – Good Health and Well-being, 17 – Partnerships for the Goals.

From October 19 to 22, 2025, the II Traditional Sports Games among the Universities of the Organization of Turkic States took place in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
Madina Tanatarkyzy, a fourth-year student of the Faculty of Physics and Technology at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, participated in the competitions and achieved 2nd place in Togyzkumalak in the “National Sports Games” category, hosted by Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.

The event aimed to foster friendship, cultural understanding, and academic cooperation among students of Turkic-speaking countries. Madina’s success demonstrates the university’s active participation in promoting national sports and strengthening international educational partnerships.

This event aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals – SDG 3 “Good Health and Well-being” and SDG 17 “Partnerships for the Goals.”
