Presentation of the Book “Commentary on the Rules of the AIFC Court” at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University

On October 23, 2025, the Faculty of International Relations of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a presentation of the book “Commentary on the Rules of the AIFC Court”, edited by B.A. Tukulov and R.M. Khodykin.

The event was organized by the Department of International Law, headed by PhD, Associate Professor K.Zh. Altayeva, in partnership with the law firm TKS Disputes, represented by Mr. B.A. Tukulov.

The presentation was held within the framework of UN Sustainable Development Goal No. 4 — “Quality Education” and aimed to enhance students’ legal literacy, strengthen academic cooperation, and promote the exchange of professional experience in the field of international law.

During the meeting, Mr. Tukulov shared his practical experience in the resolution of international disputes, spoke about the significance of the AIFC Court’s activities, and discussed the key features of the Anglo-Saxon legal system.

 At the conclusion of the presentation, the publishers donated five copies of the book to the Al-Farabi KazNU library, thereby supporting the development of the university’s research base and expanding access to contemporary legal resources.

The event took place in an atmosphere of professional engagement and sparked great interest among students and faculty members of the Faculty of International Relations.

Such initiatives contribute to the implementation of SDG 4, improving the quality of education and fostering students’ ability to critically analyze legal norms and practices in international law.
