KazNU scientists and staff have been awarded state awards

In honor of the National Holiday, Republic Day, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym–Jomart Tokayev, citizens who have made a significant contribution to the socio–economic, cultural and spiritual development of the country, as well as to the development of education and science and who have shown active social activities were awarded state awards.

Among the awardees are teachers, doctoral students and staff of al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The Order of «ҚҰРМЕТ» was awarded:

Sarakul Nalibayeva – Director of the Institute of Advanced Training and Additional Education;

Almat Isadil – Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications, poet, journalist, member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan;

Kanat Kozhabek – Assistant Professor of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, PhD;

Alibek Shegebai is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Philology, poet, journalist, member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan.

Asylbek Ihsan is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism, writer, journalist, member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan.
