Cooperation with Tashkent State University of Economics

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University continues to strengthen international cooperation in the field of education and science.

On October 27, a meeting was held at the Department of Thermophysics and Technical Physics, Faculty of Physics and Technology, with representatives of Tashkent State University of Economics (Uzbekistan).

During the meeting, the Head of the Department, Professor S.A. Bolegenova, and her colleagues discussed prospects for further cooperation, including academic mobility, research internships, and joint educational programs.

As part of the agreement, Professor Marina Li from the Department of Corporate Economics and Management of Tashkent State University of Economics will deliver lectures for students of the Department of Thermophysics and Technical Physics on “Quality Management System in Enterprises.”

In addition, Associate Professor, PhD in Economics Bakhodir Umarov will give a series of lectures on “Intellectual Capital Management.”

This collaboration contributes to the implementation of UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), promoting academic cooperation and knowledge exchange among Central Asian universities.
