On November 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the Annual Republican Physics Olympiad and the Chess Tournament named after the honored teacher, Associate Professor of the Department of PThermophysics and Technical Physics Zh. Omirbekov will be held offline.

The event is open to first-year university students and 11th-grade school students.
⚠️ Students of the Republican Physics and Mathematics School are not allowed to participate.

Each educational institution may nominate up to two candidates.

Registration deadline: November 20, 2025.

The event aims to promote the intellectual development of youth and strengthen academic collaboration, contributing to the achievement of UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
