At the Higher School of Economics and Business, a meeting was held between 1st and 2nd-year students and representatives of the Joint Stock Company “National Payment Corporation of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (https://www.nationalbank.kz/ru).

The event also brought together representatives from the Anti-Fraud Center of the National Bank of Kazakhstan (https://npck.kz/antifrod-tsentr/), the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/ardfm), the Cybercrime Counteraction Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/qriim/press/news/details/876890?lang=ru), and Home Credit Bank (https://home.kz/).

The discussion focused on digital hygiene and financial security, as well as methods for protecting personal data and preventing fraud in the digital environment.

Students received valuable advice on improving their digital literacy and personal cybersecurity and had the opportunity to ask questions of interest to them.

This meeting became an important step in implementing joint educational initiatives aimed at developing basic knowledge of cyber hygiene and digital security among young people.
