«Law and Order is the Core Values of Society»

On October 17, 2025, the meeting within the framework of SDG No. 4 «Quality Education» took place at Nomad International School. The special guest of this merting was  Associate Professor Sovetkhan Bayanovich Tileubayev, Candidate of Philological Sciences, retired police colonel, and faculty member of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory at the Faculty of Philology, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The topic of the meeting was «Law and Order is  the Core Values of Society.» The moderator was Yeldos Ekpin, a second-year doctoral student in Literary Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Sovetkhan Bayanovich delivered a detailed talk about the essence of law and order, their historical development, and their significance in modern society. He emphasized the importance of improving young people’s legal literacy, fostering respect for the law, and promoting a sense of civic responsibility. According to the speaker, adherence to legal norms forms the foundation of a state’s sustainable development. He also focused on issues of legal culture, justice, and civic accountability.

The students actively engaged in the discussion as they asked the speaker their questions and shared opinions on relevant legal topics. The conversation addressed key issues such as human rights, accountability before the law, and the prevention of legal violations.

As part of the program,  the second-year PhD student Nurasyl Ziyadabek presented a research report on the topic: «The Ideas of Law and Order in Abai’s Heritage.» In his presentation, he analyzed the views of the great thinker Abai Kunanbayev on justice, legal awareness, and the moral foundations of society.

At the end of the meeting, school director K. Umeshbayev and the school administration expressed their appreciation to the guests and emphasized the importance of such initiatives in promoting legal literacy and civic responsibility among young people.
