Legal Dictation Held at the Faculty of Physics and Technology. SDG 4 and SDG 16

On October 30, 2025, the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a Legal Dictation in Auditorium 330, organized as part of the national campaign “Zań senen bastalady” (“The Law Begins with You”).

Students of the faculty took part in the event, demonstrating a strong interest in issues of legal culture, civic responsibility, and knowledge of the fundamental principles of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The dictation contributed to fostering legal awareness, strengthening civic engagement, and promoting the development of students’ legal culture.

The event was organized by Batyrbek Abenovich Shopabayev, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law, Procedure, and Forensics.

This initiative is directly aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

• SDG 4 – Quality Education, aimed at developing knowledge, skills, and values necessary for sustainable development;

• SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, promoting legal culture and strengthening public trust in the rule of law and institutions of justice.
