ENACTUS KazNU Team Took Third Place in an International Competition in China

The ENACTUS KazNU team from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University successfully won third place at the international China (Jinan) New Energy Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, held in Jinan, China.

The team participated under the guidance of their advisor Leila Abdrashovna Bimendieva.

Thanks to her initiative and support, the team demonstrated a high level of preparation and proudly presented their project “Asyl Zher”, developed in collaboration with scientific advisor Mailby Kapanovich Aldabergenov, on the international stage.

The organizational process of participation and the presentation of the project at all stages were coordinated by Adiya Urstembayeva, a member of the ENACTUS KazNU team.

The competition was held online via Zoom and consisted of three stages:

• The first stage – step-by-step submission of the “Asyl Zher” project application;

• The second stage – selection round with project adaptation to the conditions of Jinan;

• The final stage – presentation in Chinese.

Thanks to thorough preparation and teamwork, the project was presented at the highest level.

The jury’s feedback was exceptionally positive — they noted that the “Asyl Zher” project perfectly suited the characteristics of their forest-type soils.

As a result, the ENACTUS KazNU team took third place, proving the international relevance and practical value of their project
