French KazNU student meets with President of Kazakhstan

Adrian Davus, a French student of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, met with President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev within the framework of the forum "Kazakhstan – the territory of academic knowledge" and said that he was studying the Kazakh language.

According to Adrian Davus, being an international student is not an easy task: differences in language, educational system and culture create certain difficulties. However, he noted that he highly appreciates the opportunity to study in Kazakhstan, and the experience gained here will play an important role in his life.

"I am glad that I am studying in Kazakhstan. I hope my educational journey will give other students the same opportunity and inspiration. Dear President, thank you so much for your support of the youth", - said Adrian Davus.

Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed gratitude to the foreign student for his interest in learning the Kazakh language and wished him success in his future endeavors.

Adrian Davus is studying at the Faculty of International Relations of KazNU under the International Relations educational program. In the 2023-24 academic year, he studied at KazNU under the academic mobility program. After completing it, the student decided to transfer to KazNU and from September 2024 continued his studies in the 3rd year with a degree in International Relations.
