“Legal Dictation – 2025” Held at the University ⚖️

On October 30, 2025, in accordance with the directive of the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education, our university hosted the educational event “Legal Dictation – 2025”, aimed at improving students’ legal literacy and fostering a culture of respect for the law among young people.

The main goal of the event was to promote legal awareness, develop students’ interest in legal knowledge, and strengthen the values of civil society and the rule of law.

Students from the Faculty of Journalism took part in the dictation, demonstrating a high level of engagement and civic responsibility. Participants had the opportunity to test their knowledge of constitutional, administrative, and criminal law, as well as to discuss current trends in legal practice.

The dictation was conducted by Dr. Dina Muratovna Baimakhanova, Doctor of Law and Associate Professor at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law. In her address to the students, she emphasized the importance of legal education as a foundation for responsible citizenship and respect for state institutions.

Special attention during the event was given to the role of youth in strengthening the rule of law and the need to enhance legal awareness in society. The participants showed great initiative, asked questions, and actively discussed pressing legal issues.

Such initiatives play an important role in developing students’ legal culture, increasing legal literacy, and fostering civic responsibility among future professionals.

This slogan became the main motto of the event, reminding everyone that a strong and just state starts with the personal responsibility of each citizen.
