The Editorial Board of the Eurasian Journal of Religious Studies organized a seminar in accordance with the Goals of Sustainable Development

On October 29, 2025, the Department of Religious and Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science organized a professional consulting seminar on publishing articles in journals recommended by the Science and Higher Education Quality Assurance Committee in the framework of GSD "Quality Education".

Main speakers consisted of the editor-in-chief of the Eurasian Journal of Religious Studies Baitenova Nagima Zhaulybayqyzy, deputy editor-in-chief for religious studies Borbassova Karlygash Moldagaliqyzy, deputy head of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies for scientific and innovative work and international relations Baltymova Mira Rashidqyzy, and executive editor Samet Baizhuma. The stages of preparing a scientific article, the technical requirements were explained in detail and questions raised by the audience were discussed within the framework of the event, organized in accordance with the main directions of the modern education system and personnel training,

Professor Nagima Zh. Baitenova, elaborated on and explained the main requirements for submitting articles to journals recommended by the SHEQAC RK. Professor Karlygash M. Borbassova, shared information about the abstract and content system of the article. The executive editor of the journal Samet Baizhuma, paid special attention to the features of registering articles on the site, technical processing, providing literature and references.

The teaching and professorial staff of KazNU and Egyptian University of Islamic Culture Nur-Mubarak, young researchers and PhD students who participated in the seminar carefully familiarized themselves with the information, discussing and sharing their own concerns in the scientific path.
