Choosing a Future Profession: Career Guidance Seminar for High School Graduates

On November 3, 2025, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a career guidance seminar for high school graduates in Almaty, aligned with SDGs No. 4 and No. 8. The event aimed to support students in choosing their future profession by informing them about relevant educational programs, labor market demands, and opportunities for academic and career development.

Representatives of the Higher School of Economics and Business — Head of the Department of Economics, Professor G.R. Dauliyeva, along with academic advisors D.R. Turarov and I.U. Kuliyev, introduced the “Economics” and “Digital Economy” programs. They provided information about practical training, internships, international mobility, and partnerships with employers.

Students actively engaged in discussions and gained useful insights into digital transformation in the economy and future career pathways.
