The Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics took part in the career guidance seminar and presented an exhibition of educational programs

On November 3, 2025, within the framework of a training seminar for career guidance specialists from Almaty schools, an exhibition of educational programs of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

During the exhibition, school students and career guidance specialists received detailed information about the following educational programs: 6B05402 – Mathematics, 6B05404 – Computational Sciences and Statistics, 6B05405 – Applied Mathematics, 6B06105 – Mathematical and Computer Modeling, 6B05403 – Mechanics.

The event was actively attended by the Dean of the Faculty Zh.M. Bektemesov, Vice Dean for Academic and Methodological Work A.K. Sakhaeva, Heads of Departments S.D. Mausumbekova and S.E. Kassenov, and responsible teacher A.B. Yeraliyev.
