Within the framework of the program-targeted funding of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the project BR 21882414 "Support and Rehabilitation Program for Children Who Have Become Victims of Violence: Practical Implementation of a Network of Resource Modular Centers," the scientific conference "Intellect and Law" was held as part of the International Symposium organized by Istanbul University in the Republic of Turkey on October 30-31, 2025. A group of Kazakhstani researchers participated in the event, including A.A. Urisbaeva, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Labor Law of the Faculty of Law.
The theme of the symposium was dedicated to the ethical and applied aspects of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in law. Scholars and practitioners from Kazakhstan, the EU, Turkey, and the USA shared ideas and opinions.
During the conference, issues such as the rule of law in the era of digital control, personal data protection, responsibility for legal advice provided by AI, the use of AI in pedagogy and psychology, and the protection of consumer rights in the context of AI development were discussed.
During the trip, discussions were held on modern changes in legal education, and practical experience exchange activities were carried out.
