Service Psychology: an Educational Lesson at “Teorema Quest”

On November 6, 2025, a field lesson for 3rd-year Tourism students was held at the “Teorema Quest” escape room center, organized by lecturer A.A. Beisakhmet as part of the course “Psychology of Tourist Activity.”
Students learned about the specifics of escape room operations, techniques for providing emotional experiences to clients, and psychological aspects of team interaction.They also explored methods of analyzing participant behavior and managing psychological situations during the game.
According to the students, the visit enhanced their practical skills and was a memorable and beneficial experience. The trip to “Teorema Quest” proved to be highly valuable for future professionals.
