Farabi Business School participated in the educational exhibition
Farabi International Business School (FIBS) participated in the international educational exhibition China Education Expo (CEE), held in Beijing. Participation in the exhibition allowed us to present a wide range of business school programs, including MBA, EMBA and DBA, as well as strengthen the image of FIBS in the international academic arena.
The students and visitors of the stand demonstrated the steady interest of foreign candidates in studying in Kazakhstan, which confirms the importance of their annual presence at the CEE. During the visit to Beijing, two working meetings were also held with partner educational organizations.
The first meeting was held with Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB), China's leading private business research school, known for its strong faculty and alumni network among the leaders of major companies. Following the negotiations, the parties signed a memorandum of understanding and identified areas of cooperation, such as academic and managerial internships for MBA, EMBA and DBA students, teacher exchange and participation in business projects, the development of joint educational modules on innovation, digital development and entrepreneurship, and the development of dual training programs.
The second meeting was held with representatives of Beijing Open University (BJOU), one of the leading centers of open and distance education in China. The parties also signed a memorandum of understanding providing for the development of hybrid and online modules for MBA and DBA programs, teacher exchange and joint master classes, organization of study visits and practice-oriented projects, joint research in the field of digitalization and innovative management models.
The agreements reached reinforce the strategic course of FIBS towards internationalization, expansion of academic mobility, growth of the international student body and improvement of the quality of educational programs. Cooperation with CKGSB and BJOU opens up new opportunities for the integration of Kazakhstani business education into the global educational space.
