“The Importance of Work in the Field of Law Enforcement”

On November 12, 2025, members of the “El Tutka” Debate Club of the Law Faculty at Kazakh National University, led by Tlepbergenov Orynbasar, visited the Almaly District Prosecutor’s Office in Almaty as part of an educational and professional development event. The main goal of the meeting was to enhance the students’ legal knowledge, deepen their understanding of prosecutorial work, and strengthen their sense of legal culture.

During the visit, Assistant Prosecutor Ernazar Saimasai gave a detailed presentation about the structure and main functions of the prosecutor’s office. He emphasized the importance of preventing legal violations, protecting citizens’ rights and freedoms, and upholding the rule of law. Students also gained practical insights into the office’s daily work, including pre-trial investigation, supervision, and legal oversight.

Throughout the discussion, students asked questions, analyzed real cases, and exchanged opinions about legal practice. Members of the club reflected on the responsibility and social significance of the prosecutor’s profession, which inspired them to further pursue their chosen field with dedication.

At the end of the meeting, Tlepbergenov Orynbasar expressed gratitude to the prosecutors for their hospitality and insightful discussion, noting that such educational events play an important role in students’ professional growth and in fostering respect for the law.

This visit not only provided future lawyers with firsthand experience of the prosecutorial system but also strengthened their sense of justice, responsibility, and civic duty.
