FACULTY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Qualitative Statistics by Department
"The Teacher Through the Eyes of Students" 2025, Semester 1 (November 27, 2025-December 1, 2025)

In December 2025, a discussion of the student survey results for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year took place. The analysis examined the data obtained across seven key criteria. According to the results, the average score for the department was 6.7, with individual scores ranging from 6.5 to 6.9. This demonstrates students' high assessment of the quality of instruction, course content, and faculty professionalism.

However, for some criteria (especially regarding course difficulty and workload), relatively low scores were observed (approximately 5.0 to 5.5), indicating a need for improvement in these areas.

Based on the survey results, the Information Systems Department adopted the following Solutions:

* Increased the number of mutual visits among faculty;

* Increased the number of open lessons and experience-sharing lessons;

* Increased efforts to improve the quality of teaching materials and refine interpretation methods;

* Measures were taken to optimize student workloads and equalize the difficulty of subjects;

* Expanded the use of modern digital technologies and interactive teaching methods.

Overall, student feedback enabled the department to make specific decisions aimed at improving the quality of education and served as the basis for further improvement of the educational process.
