KazNU Professor's book became the winner of an international competition

Professor of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Leyla Akhmetova became the winner of the international competition "Echo of the Great Victory" in Moscow with the monograph "Panfilovtsy: our pride, our glory".

Russians Russian Literature Society and the Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature initiated the competition to identify the best monographs on the topic of Victory. Professor Akhmetova's monograph was highly appreciated by experts and recognized as worthy of the main prize.

At the award ceremony, the scientist was congratulated by the chairman of the Society of Russian Literature, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, as well as Rector of Lomonosov Moscow State University Viktor Sadovnichy, emphasizing the importance of her work in preserving historical truth.

It should be noted that the international competition was held within the framework of the international scientific and pedagogical forum "The Word of Historical Truth" at Lomonosov Moscow State University. The forum was attended by leading scientists from the CIS countries. The purpose of the event is to preserve historical memory and promote traditions of heroism.
