KazNU participated in a seminar on atomic energy

The Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Agency for Atomic Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a seminar on "Atomic energy: planning for the development of human resources and personnel, including strategies and plans for the development of human capital".

The large-scale event was organized with the support of the representative office of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Astana.

The seminar was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technology, Nurzada Beisen, and the Scientific Secretary of the RUMS Educational and Methodological Association, Akmaral Syrgakbayeva, to present educational programs on the nuclear industry at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Representatives of international organizations and leading experts in the field of nuclear energy took an active part in the seminar, discussed issues of experience exchange and human resource development.

During the seminar, Nurzada Beisen made a presentation on "Nuclear education at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University", where she spoke about the current state of the university's nuclear education system, laboratory infrastructure, practical training opportunities and strategic initiatives aimed at developing human capital.

The event was aimed at sharing international experience in training nuclear industry specialists in Kazakhstan, improving the national personnel policy and strengthening the country's potential in the field of nuclear energy.
