Kalysh Amanzhol Boranbaiuly delivered a specialized lecture for school students entitled “Zhetysu: Lessons Drawn from History.”
Within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 17 — “Partnerships for the Goals” оn December 9 at 12:00, a scholarly meeting titled “Zhetysu: Lessons from History” was held for students of grades 9, 10, and 11.
The objectives of the meeting were as follows:

To provide students with in-depth, academically grounded knowledge about the ancient and medieval history and cultural heritage of the Zhetysu region.

To foster patriotic awareness among young people through the scholarly works and research of the invited speakers — Kalysh Amanzhol Boranbaiuly and Karabasov Zhandarbek Kyrykbaiuly.

To highlight the significance of Zhetysu’s history in the spiritual development of contemporary Kazakhstan and to strengthen historical consciousness.
General information about the meeting: The educational event “Zhetysu: Lessons from History” served as an important platform aimed at demonstrating the cultural and spiritual value of regional history to students. The invited researchers and historians of the Zhetysu region — Kalysh Amanzhol Boranbaiuly and Karabasov Zhandarbek Kyrykbaiuly — shared their academic findings and professional experience related to the archaeology, ethnography, historical sites, and key developmental stages of Zhetysu.
