Students of the 2nd year of the Finance Department visited the KSU "Shanyrak Social Service Center" on a charitable mission

Under the guidance of A.S. Asilova, Research Associate Professor, Associate Professor, Candidate of Economic Sciences at the Department of Finance and Accounting of the Higher School of Economics and Business, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, within the framework of SDG 1: No Poverty, SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, second-year students majoring in Finance visited the Shanyraq Social Services Center (KSU) with a charitable mission.

During the event held on December 22, 2025, the students brought a festive atmosphere to the residents of the center. The youth showcased their talents by performing traditional küy music and singing beautiful songs. Seeing joy and gratitude on the faces of the elderly residents became a great source of happiness for all participants.

The main goal of this noble initiative was to strengthen intergenerational ties and foster compassion and empathy among young people. Having received the blessings of the elders, the students were spiritually enriched and expressed their sincere intention to continue engaging in similar charitable activities in the future.
