“Leadership and Management in Higher Education: Internship Experience in the USA”

A scientific and methodological seminar entitled “Leadership and Management in Higher Education: Internship Experience in the USA” was held at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The seminar was dedicated to modern approaches to university management in the context of digitalization and global educational changes and was organized with the support of Professor A.Magauova and Associate Professor K.Moldasan.

During the seminar, the results of the research internship of Zh.Baktybaev, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, were presented. The internship was completed at The George Washington University (USA) within the framework of the state scholarship program “Bolashak”. A scientific and methodological seminar was held in the framework of SDG 17 for doctoral students, master’s students, and faculty members.

The seminar served as an important platform for professional dialogue, international experience exchange, and discussion of prospects for the development of higher education in the face of global challenges.
