On November 18, 2025, an international round table on "Arabographic documents in archival collections: issues of replenishment, preservation and use" was held at the Faculty of History of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies. During the round table, topical issues of archival science and source studies were discussed. Suggestions were made regarding educational programs. The directions of joint research on the written cultural heritage of Central Asia and special education in the educational process were considered. Teachers and scientists of the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctors of Historical Sciences, Professors Choriev Sh.Sh., Nazarov A.E., Botirov E.A., made a presentation on the topic "Documents in the Chagatai language in the archival funds of the Republic of Uzbekistan: presentation, description and study."

 Archivists of the State Archive of Almaty, Rakhipova L.K. and Kurmanzhanova G.A., presented information on the collection and storage of manuscripts on Arabic graphics in the archive's collections, making a presentation on the topic "Archaeological problems of Arabographic funds in the State archive of Almaty." Professor of the Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies at the Faculty of History of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Doctor of Historical Sciences Alpysbayeva N.K. expressed her opinion on the state of studying written cultural heritage on Arabic graphics in the archival funds of the country.

 Moderator of the round table, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor G.S. Zhugenbayeva emphasized the importance of raising questions concerning the source aspects of the study of Arabographic monuments.
