To develop students' conscious attitudes toward health and motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle.
The event began with a welcoming speech from the instructor, followed by an informational presentation on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, its principles, and the importance of mental health. As part of the practical portion of the course, students completed a healthy habits assessment, participated in a mini-workshop on creating a daily routine, and discussed student lifestyle issues (sleep deprivation, stress, poor diet, and lack of physical activity).
