Within the framework of the 5th Eurasian School of Cultural Diplomacy, a round table "linguodidactic approaches to the preparation of educational materials for teaching Kazakh as a foreign language" and "International education and diplomacy of the future: lessons in intercultural communication" was held. The teachers of the department took an active part in the event and presented their reports. During the round table, modern methodological directions of teaching Kazakh as a foreign language, innovative approaches to the development of educational materials and the importance of intercultural communication in the educational process were discussed. The event allowed the participants to exchange experiences and consider topical issues of language and culture at the international level.
