“Theatre as a Source of Education and Spiritual Values”

Faculty members, students, and master’s degree students of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University attended the performances of «Ulpan» and «Kyzyl Oramaldy Shynarym», staged by the Kazakh State Academic Theater for Children and Youth named after G. Musrepov.

The production «Ulpan»profoundly portrays the image of a Kazakh woman—her wisdom, resilience, and significant role in the судьбе of the nation. The play «Kyzyl Oramaldy Shynarym» explores themes of sincere feelings, loyalty, love, and moral values. In both performances, the characters’ destinies vividly illustrated life choices, trust, and responsibility, resonating deeply with the audience.

The professional acting, сценография, and musical accompaniment created a special atmosphere and left a strong impression on the viewers. The harmonious combination of historical and lyrical elements offered students profound spiritual experiences.

The cultural event contributed to broadening students’ духовно-нравственного outlook and strengthening their interest in national values and the arts. Attending the theatre became not merely a leisure activity, but a meaningful and educational cultural experience.

Some students noted that it was their first visit to the theatre and shared their vivid impressions. They highlighted the high professionalism of the cast and expressed their intention to continue the tradition of attending theatrical performances.

This cultural event was organized within the framework of the university’s social and educational activities and was aimed at actively engaging students in the cultural environment, developing aesthetic taste, and fostering respect for national art.
