“Law and Order as a Guarantee of Social Stability"
Today, a meaningful and significant meeting was held at the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Organized under the theme “Law and Order as a Guarantee of Social Stability,” the event became an open platform for dialogue between students and representatives of law enforcement agencies.
The main guest of the meeting was Senior Police Lieutenant Gulzar Assetkyzy Kadirberlina, lecturer of the Department of Law Enforcement Management at the Makan Yesbolatov Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She was accompanied by 3rd-year cadets: Tileuberdi Nariman Sayatuly, Khusain Vilnura Valikhankyzy, and Tleubergen Batyrkhan Timuruly.
In her speech, Gulzar Assetkyzy elaborated on the role and responsibility of law enforcement service in society. She emphasized that the rule of law is the foundation of state stability and explained, through specific examples, that the development of discipline and legal culture is directly connected to the personal responsibility of every citizen.
The 3rd-year cadets shared their motivations for choosing a career in law enforcement. They spoke about the realities of cadet life, the process of professional training, and the profound meaning of loyalty to the oath. Their sincere reflections inspired the students and strengthened their sense of patriotism.
The event was organized by the faculty members of the A. Baitursynuly Department of Kazakh Linguistics: Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor N. Yegizbayeva; Acting Associate Professor, PhD Zh. Sarsenbay; and Master M. Khamitova. Their initiative created a productive platform for intellectual exchange at the intersection of education, law, and civic responsibility.
During the meeting, students asked questions of interest and received comprehensive answers about both the professional and human aspects of law enforcement service. The open discussion contributed to enhancing students’ legal awareness and fostering respect for the law.
The meeting titled “Law and Order as a Guarantee of Social Stability” became not only one of the most meaningful events within the university walls, but also an important step toward educating a conscious and responsible generation. Respect for the law is respect for the nation. A society with a high legal culture is a state with a strong future.
