The educational program "Literary Studies", taught at the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi kaznu, is one of the specialties that has become a constant choice for applicants with a tendency to creative thinking and a high interest in the humanities. Every year, young people who are close to literature, inquisitive and talented, have the opportunity to develop professionally and scientifically.

In addition to providing quality education, one of the main advantages of the program is that it offers students an international academic experience. As a clear proof of this, 3rd year students of the educational program" Literary Studies " Balnur Bekkuly, Ulnaz derbis, Ayaulym Nurgali, Ayaulym Kairova Orhun passed the selection under the academic exchange program and successfully studied the autumn semester of the 2025-26 academic year on the basis of the University of Cappadocia in Turkiye.

During the semester, students mastered the disciplines that cover the main stages of Turkish literature and the literature of the Turkic peoples. In particular, the history of classical Turkish literature of the XVI century, the theory of critical thinking and literature, the literature of the peoples of Central Asia were studied. In addition, linguistic disciplines aimed at a deep understanding of the relationship between literature and Linguistics were included.

During the semester, students actively participated not only in classroom education, but also in international scientific and cultural events. In particular, within the framework of the "week of literature" organized by the University of Cappadocia, he took part in the International Conference on behalf of Kazakhstan and presented the domestic School of literary studies at a decent level. Also, cultural events within the framework of the International zhyr week expanded the horizons of students ' perception of literary texts and opened a deeper understanding of the common literary heritage of the Turkic peoples.

The experience of such academic mobility clearly demonstrates the competitiveness of the educational program "Literary Studies", meeting international requirements. The knowledge and experience accumulated within the walls of a foreign university expanded the professional competence of students and laid a solid foundation for the future research and pedagogical field. Literary studies is not only a profession, but also a promising professional direction that reflects the national culture in the world.
