On the eve of International Women's Day on March 8, teachers of the Department of Language and General Education Training for Foreigners are conducting thematic curatorial hours. During one of them, teachers A.Akhmedova, E.Ignatova, T.Kurmanova, D.Tolmacheva told foreign students about the heroic Kazakh women participants of the Great Patriotic War. From the presentation shown, the audience learned about the contribution to achieving the Great Victory over fascism made by women from Kazakhstan, who are the pride of the country: Manshuk Mametova, Aliya Moldagulova, Hiuaz Dospanova, Bayan Baygozhina, Zhamal Baytasova, Kulken Tokbergenova, KuljamilTalkanbayeva, Zhamilya Beysenbayeva and many others… In total, over 5,000 women went to war from the territory of our country. The information prepared by the mentors found a lively response from foreign students.
