Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Expands International Cooperation with Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University

A working meeting with representatives of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University was held at the Higher School of Economics and Business of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

As part of the visit, the faculty welcomed Oleksandr Vostriakov, PhD, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management at Vadym Hetman  Kyiv National Economic University, as well as Irina Repina, Professor and Head of the Department of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship, as well as Mykhailo Sahaidak, Professor and Head of the Department of Management. From the KazNU side, the meeting was attended by Zhanna Yermekova, Dean of the Higher School of Economics and Business.

During the meeting, the parties discussed перспективные направления международного сотрудничества, including the development of academic mobility for students and faculty, implementation of joint educational programs, and conducting collaborative research in the fields of economics, finance, and entrepreneurship.

Particular attention was paid to the integration of modern educational approaches, digitalization of the learning process, and strengthening research collaboration between the universities.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to further develop partnership relations aimed at improving the quality of specialist training and expanding international academic integration.
