KazNU expands partnership with foreign companies

Representatives of China Datang Overseas Investment and Central Asia Representative companies visited Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Honorary guests were received by member of the Board of KazNU, Vice–rector for Research and Innovation Margulan Ibraimov.

The delegation included: Li De Yong, Deputy General Director of China Datang Overseas Investment, Wang Hao, Head of the Representative office for Central Asia, representatives and managers of the company.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of future cooperation between the university and the company, research and investment projects. Opportunities for students and young scientists of KazNU related to the implementation of internship programs, exchange of experience and joint research were also considered.

Vice Rector Margulan Ibraimov spoke about the achievements of the university. As part of the agreement with Chinese universities, scientific projects and initiatives, as well as joint conferences, are being implemented at the university. Scientific laboratories and centers of various directions were also launched.

The company's representatives expressed their willingness to cooperate with KazNU in the scientific and educational fields, exchanging experiences.
