High-quality personnel training is relevant

Head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, as usual, made new proposals in his address to the people of Kazakhstan. It is true that the proposal to mobilize the assistance of artificial intelligence to make rapid changes in the socio-economic sphere of the country is a new modern approach that allows you to do more in less time.

In comparison with other countries, we are a country with rich underground resources. The head of the country noted that in this regard, priority will be given to the development of the mining complex in the future. The only mechanism for the rapid development of the country's economy is that the flow of entrepreneurs producing products does not reach 6%, and their very low number concerns the presence of contradictions in the laws related to this industry. Therefore, he proposed to rewrite outdated laws in a new direction.

There are more and more types of assistance provided by the state to social groups in the country known to us. But, as the president warned, the number of people wishing to receive help is growing sharply. Of course, there is a separate place for assistance to those who really need it, but there are also citizens who have tried to use this situation to train their loyalty within the country. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the provision of this assistance is directed only to the right and true needs.

It is always necessary to make efforts to improve the country's economy by qualified and competent specialists. In this direction, personnel reform is a problem. The country has a shortage of professionals abroad, and there is a shortage of personnel within the country. Therefore, it was noted that the issue of high-quality personnel training is not on the agenda today. He instructed to consider ways to return qualified specialists to the country and conduct extensive work with them. He also spoke about revising the migration policy to eliminate the shortage of personnel.

The president lamented that the work of the government and akims was wrong, and the country's housing and communal services were in decline. In addition, in his address, the head of state stressed that it is necessary to strengthen the attraction of investments in the country, plan the construction of nuclear power plants, give Alatau a special status and obey the government directly, and on the part of the President, banks should invest in the economy, not only in lending to the population. In this regard, new laws should be adopted in the banking sector.

In this address, the president did not bypass the problem of shortage and quality of life – water. Since the main source of the country's economy is agriculture, horticulture, it is not for the first time that water supply and training of water specialists are mentioned. Because it is clear that the correct supply of water, water quality are closely related to the solution of Health and social problems of the country.

In his address, the president expressed his opinion on the work of the UN, on the geopolitical situation in the world. In addition, he said that he would propose on behalf of Kazakhstan to introduce reforms in the organization. He also noted the positive changes in the political system in Kazakhstan.

He also closely considered the problem of taxes in the country, lawlessness in the field of taxes, tax evasion, and proposed reforms in the industry. At the head of all solutions to various economic, political and social problems is the legal provision of the country. In order to prevent violations and hooliganism in the country in recent years, it is necessary to prevent gaps in the legal field.

The president's address to take an intensive step towards a new direction in the development of the country gives a lot of hope for the future. Now we all need to work hard to get out of this pace.
