“Information about the pandemic - from local to global”

At the Faculty of Journalism, a seminar was held for undergraduates of the Faculty of Journalism under the program “Date-journalism” online with the Head of the Information Bureau of the UN Global Communications Department in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vlastimil Samek, on the subject: “An emergency of international importance: Pandemic Information - From Local to Global. ”Mr. V. Samek introduced the UN information resources about the COVID-19 virus. He also noted the importance of objective and reliable information for residents of Kazakhstan during the emergency. The seminar was modernized by the head of the Department of Press and Electronic Media, Professor Gulmira Sultanbaeva.
