State and Prospects for the Development of Domestic and World Psychology

Dzhakupov Satybaldy Mukataevich – an outstanding Kazakh, Kazakhstani psychologist, Doctor of Psychology, Professor of Al-Farabi KazNU, Honorary Professor of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Academician of the National Academy of Natural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, author of more than 500 scientific works, he educated a whole generation of Kazakhstani scientists in the field of psychological and pedagogical sciences.

More than 130 people took part in the conference. These are scientists, psychologists, teachers, students and undergraduates from Kazakhstan, Russia, Germany, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries.

During the conference, welcoming remarks were made by the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi KazNU, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Masalimova Aliya Rymgazievna; Professor of the Department of General and Applied Psychology of the KazNU named after al-Farabi, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Doctor of Psychology Zharykbaev Kubygul Bozaevich; Professor of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Doctor of Psychology Bratus Boris Sergeevich (Russia, Moscow).

There were reports of scientists from different countries:

1. Garber Alena Ilyinichina, professor at the Leipzig University, PHD (Germany). Report topic: Review of stress research in Kazakhstan: present and future.

2. Bendas Tatyana Vladimirovna, Doctor of Psychology, Professor (Russia, St. Petersburg). Report topic: Gender and cross-cultural problems of leadership psychology.

3. Dzhumageldinov Askar Nurkenovich, professor at the Catholic University of Lyon, PhD (France). Report topic: Kazakhstani psychology in the context of world science: a view from France.

4. Meng Cheung Chung, Professor, Hong Kong China University, PhD in Psychology (Sheffield University, UK) PhD in Philosophy (Durkheim University, UK). Member of the British Psychological Society, practicing psychologist and scientist. Report topic: The influence of post-traumatic stress on anger and associated mental disorders among prisoners: the role of mental dysregulation and disabled dissociation.

Students and colleagues of S.M. Dzhakupova shared their memories of him, of the creative and professional path of a wonderful Friend, Teacher and Scientist.
