An online lecture on the topic: "The principles of proper nutrition."

Within the framework of the project "Cult of a Healthy Body" under the guidance of the curator-adviser of the 2nd course of the Department of Japanese Studies Tazabekova G.B. On March 31, 2021, an online lecture was held on the topic: "The principles of proper nutrition." A Kazakh scientist, a member of the SOCIETY OF BIOTECHNOLOGISTS OF RUSSIA named after V.I. Yu.A. OVCHINNIKOVA, academician, professor, doctor of technical sciences, winner of the Alfred Nobel medal for his contribution to the development of science and invention, who has devoted more than 40 years to the study of the field of food biotechnology, Sagymbek Altayuly. The lecturer made 2 presentations and gave a lecture on the topic of healthy eating and talked about the latest research carried out in this area. At the end of the online meeting, the students asked their questions about food additives, GMO products, balanced nutrition, etc. to Professor S. Altayuly. There was a warm and friendly atmosphere at the online meeting. The lecture was held at a high organizational and content level.
