Subject Olympiad in the direction of "Archival Science, Documentation and Records Management"

XIII Republican student subject Olympiad Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and KazNU named after al-Farabi April 28, 2021, within the framework of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holds a subject Olympiad in a distance format (ZOOM) among students of higher educational institutions and colleges of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the specialty "Archival Science, Documentation and Documentation Support ". The purpose of the Olympiad: disclosure of creative abilities, selection and support of the most talented and gifted students; assistance in the formation of the intellectual potential of students; attracting students to solving scientific problems in the field of archival science and records management; development of interest in scientific activity.Students of I-IV courses of universities and colleges of the Republic of Kazakhstan can take part in the Olympiad. Each educational institution represents no more than 3 (three) teams (a team of no more than 5 (five) people) to participate in all competitions of the Olympiad. The winner is the team, the sum of the points of which is the maximum among all the participating teams. The Olympiad is held in Kazakh and Russian languages.

The Olympiad is held in two stages:April 28, 2021 at 10.00I-round. Group greeting, creative team competition (group name, emblem, motto) - 7 min.Round II. Homework. The winning teams are determined based on the results of two rounds.Winners (first, second and third places) are awarded with Diplomas:• For I place - a diploma of the I degree, as well as each of the team members is awarded a personal certificate (no more than 1 team)• For the II place - a diploma of the II degree, as well as each of the team members is awarded a personal certificate (no more than 2 teams)• For the III place - a diploma of the III degree, as well as each of the team members is awarded a personal certificate (no more than 3 teams)     Diplomas are awarded at the end of the OlympiadThe awarding of the participants of the Olympiad is carried out after summing up the results of the jury.A team may be rejected in accepting a competition application and participating in the Olympiad in the event of:● untimely submission of the tender application;● non-compliance of the application with the requirements of the Olympiad;● incomplete or inaccurate submission of the required documents.
