Master class on the topic “Positive Psychology, Leadership Flow and Success? Find out the secret! " from Hungarian scientist, PhD, professor Zoltan Buzadi

On April 20, 2021, a Hungarian scientist, Ph.D., Professor of Management at the Corvinus University of Budapest (Hungary) Dr. Zoltan Buzady, held a master class on the topic “Positive psychology, flow and leadership success? Find out the secret!" for participants of the specialties "Marketing", "Logistics" of the Department of "Business Technologies" al-Farabi KazNU.

Zoltan Buzady is the author of many scientific articles and monographs in the field of leadership and management and one of the co-creators of “The Theory of Management and Leadership hrough finding the Flow”. He is the Director of the Global Research Program in the Field of Flow and Leadership (www.flowleadership.org). As part of the master class, the professor introduced the audience to positive psychology, which has been rapidly developing in the past two decades in the direction of psychological research. He also shared his scientific news and talked about his relations with Kazakhstan, about his connections with the scientific community. This program is very interesting and important for the field of education, so the professor expressed his readiness to cooperate with al-Farabi KazNU and the Department of Business Technologies. The professor noted that Kazakh and Hungarian cultures are cultures that can complement each other.

Professor Zoltan Buzady trained hundreds of Managers in Kazakhstan already during the past 5 years. Many of them have become very successful in industry and finance, such as director of the Kazakh stock exchange. Now Professor Buzady contributes to the development of educational leaders and a new generation of innovative teachers. So a joint Ph.D. course could be the next step for October 2021 already?
